3.Informational use only

  • Resettle is not a legal, immigration, tax, financial, safety, healthcare, employment, or professional advisory service.
  • Resettle does not make immigration decisions.
  • Use Resettle as a starting point for research, not as the sole basis for high-stakes relocation decisions.

4.No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

  • Rules, costs, tax treatment, safety conditions, source data, and public policies change often.
  • Resettle does not guarantee that a user qualifies for any visa, permit, residence pathway, tax regime, protection status, or relocation outcome.
  • Resettle does not guarantee data accuracy, approval, relocation success, safety outcomes, cost outcomes, tax outcomes, or quality-of-life outcomes.

5.User responsibility

  • You may create or sign in to an account using supported methods such as Google Auth or email magic link.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account access, email account, and authentication provider secure.
  • Do not share account access or use another person's account without permission.

7.Saved destinations and account data

  • Saved destinations are a shortlist feature and do not represent advice, eligibility, or recommendations.
  • Resettle accounts remember destinations, not private case files.
  • Resettle may remove unsupported, invalid, or deprecated saved entities if needed to protect product integrity.

8.Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse Resettle, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, abuse APIs, scrape in ways that harm the product, or interfere with normal operation.

9.Third-party services and sources

  • Links may lead outside Resettle. Resettle is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or decisions.

10.Changes to the service

  • Resettle may change features, coverage, data, routes, account capabilities, and availability.
  • Beta features may be incomplete, changed, paused, or removed.

11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • Resettle is provided as available. Data may be incomplete, stale, partial, source-limited, or temporarily unavailable.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Resettle is not liable for decisions, losses, costs, applications, moves, tax outcomes, safety outcomes, or other consequences that arise from relying on the service.
  • This limitation of liability should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
